Celebrating Hon. Susan Rose and Allan Ghitterman
New Beginnings was honored to recognize the Hon. Susan Rose and her late husband Allan Ghitterman at our Changing Lives Gala. Rose was a former County Board Supervisor who helped to launch the Safe Parking Program in 2003. Her husband, Allan, served as a board member at New Beginnings for many years and focused on the work of our Community Counseling Center. Both Susan and Allan have been such wonderful contributors of our work, and we were honored to celebrate their achievements in 2015.
